Launching at A-OSH EXPO 2017 are a one-and-a-half-day training session addressing First Aid (earning 5 CPD points) and one half-day training session on health & safety representatives and H&S committees (earning 1 CPD point). Presented by a well-known industry OSH trainer and a qualified first aid trainer, the programme includes a session (08:00 to 16:00) on 30 May and a further one on 31 May (08:00 to 12:00) which provides basic first aid training (for all employees involved in risk and OHS). On 31 May from 13:00 to 17:00 delegates can gain a better understanding of what is required from health & safety representatives and an H&S committee, as well as the duties of both the employee and employer (for Risk and OHS managers).
